Event Changes

If you request modifications to your event (time, location, number of tables, etc.), we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, subject to availability and possible additional fees.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate event information
  • Ensure adequate space and safe access for equipment setup
  • Comply with all venue regulations
  • Ensure guests behave in a respectful and lawful manner

We reserve the right to suspend services if conditions are unsafe or inappropriate.

5. Entertainment Disclaimer

Our casino tables and games are provided strictly for entertainment.

  • No cash prizes are awarded.
  • No real-money betting is permitted.
  • Chips used at events have no monetary value.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local regulations regarding event entertainment.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • NZ Lucky Lotto is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  • We are not responsible for losses caused by venue restrictions, third-party suppliers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including force majeure events).

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the booked services.
